By accessing or using ArmorKitchenWrap's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ArmorKitchenWrap provides kitchen cabinet wrapping services using premium architectural vinyl film. Our services include:

AI-powered instant quotes based on uploaded photos
Professional cabinet wrapping installation
Material selection from our BODAQ vinyl catalog

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on AI analysis of photos you provide
Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment
Quotes are valid for 30 days from generation
Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include HST

4. Booking and Payment

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to secure your installation date
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe
Your payment method is saved for the remaining balance

Balance Payment

The remaining 70% balance is charged after you approve the completed work
Approval is requested via email after installation
If no response within 48 hours, balance may be charged automatically

5. Cancellation and Refunds

48+ hours before installation: Full refund of deposit
Less than 48 hours before installation: No refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or call (647) 696-3861

6. Installation

Installation dates are subject to availability confirmation
Typical installation takes 2-3 days depending on project scope
Customer must provide clear access to kitchen area
Customer should remove items from cabinet surfaces before installation
We are not responsible for items left on or in cabinets during installation

7. Warranty

All ArmorKitchenWrap installations include:

10-Year Material Warranty: Premium BODAQ architectural vinyl film is backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects, peeling, and fading
5-Year Installation Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years covering any installation-related issues

What's Covered:

Peeling or lifting edges
Shrinking or bubbling
Fading or discoloration under normal use
Installation defects

What's Not Covered:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
Damage from harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
Normal wear and tear beyond warranty period
Damage caused by third-party modifications

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArmorKitchenWrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

9. Photos and Content

By uploading photos to our website, you grant ArmorKitchenWrap permission to use these photos for quote generation purposes. We may also request permission to use before/after photos for marketing purposes, which you may decline.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ArmorKitchenWrap and protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
